Meet Sonja Kay

I originally became a coach in my twenties by creating many start-up food businesses and on-selling them to other people searching for a business that would enable them to be their ‘own boss’. Many of the buyers were wanting to move away from their routine day jobs and into a lifestyle in which they could develop and be the owner of their own destiny.

In the late eighties, my eldest brother was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer and through our deep connection, I implored him to come and live with our family to regroup, heal and make some important life changes. I was fearful he could die so I was prepared to do what it would take to assist and support him to regain his health and well-being to rebuild his life again.

Little did I know, this precious bond and commitment with him would accelerate my own growth and development in many ways. Over several years while he lived with our family on an orchard in the country, this potentially fatal diagnosis led the pair of us to seek out and open up new ways of thinking and being.

We investigated and participated in many modalities and courses in body and mind healing. And as he regained his health l realised I had a profound interest in health and well-being and in spiritual concepts.

I continued my search over the ensuing years and became fascinated with how to clear my beliefs and blocks. Now that I had discovered my life focus, I was on fire and ready to travel the world to meet others and assist them to do the same. For a number of years, I travelled and lived in different locations and met up with many beautiful clients.

I realised I really enjoyed ‘bringing out the best in people’ and had a great passion to contribute with my skills and talents to assist others to find their Life and Soul focus.

Since 1997 I have been mentoring clients in expressing their purpose through formulating their life work into their own creative businesses. Witnessing the expansion, delight and courage to trust in themselves and their vision has been an honour and joyful experience. I feel very blessed and appreciative to be part of many client’s journeys.
